Our business was founded in 2001 and it was a collaboration between two corporate executives and one charismatic radio personality by the name of Alan McGirvan, who came together to provide high quality audio productions and on-hold marketing messages for the telephone. Our aim has always been to improve the telephone experience for callers one company at a time.
Over the years we have made in-roads into this vision and our clients extend across Telecommunications, Banking, Leisure, travel, Insurance, transportation, hotels, wellness, corporate offices and many more. After all who doesn’t want to improve their telephone experience?

Our team consists of professionals with over 30 years of experience in the consulting industry (primarily in telecommunication, call centers, change management and CRM) having worked in the Australian market and Asia. In addition, the production and training team has over 30 years of experience in the service industry.
McGirvanmedia is also a member of CCAM, Contact Centre Association of Malaysia, and APG, Audio Production Guild.
Devin is a Malaysian whose career in the Communication and Information Technology Industry spans more than 30 years covering project management, sales and marketing, Regional Management and consulting. Educated in England and Australia, he returned to Malaysia in 1996, where he currently resides and set up McGirvanmedia (Asia) Sdn Bhd in 2001.
An avid sportmans Devin is passionate about his golf and you will find him honing his skills across the golf courses in Asia.
Mary is a Psychologist who has worked in the area of change management, customer engagement, business transformation and communication training for over 30 years. A Chilean by birth, Mary lived and worked in Australia for many years. In 1996 she moved to Malaysia where she has worked for more than 20 years and where now she calls home.
With more than 18 years of experience in audio productions, Mary is passionate about IVR’s and the need for better telephone service across Asia.
